Terms
What you agree to when you sign up.
These terms are between you and Mitchell Craig Roemling trading as ASPIRE 2: X (ABN 21 658 558 016), a sole trader of Brisbane, Australia ("we"), for Aspire 2: AI at ai.aspire2.app and the apps to come. You accept them by signing up, and again at checkout. They are written to be read; where they and the law disagree, the law wins, and nothing here takes away a right the Australian Consumer Law gives you. Effective 2 October 2026.
The service
Aspire 2: AI is an assistant you talk to by text. It reads the notes you give it, remembers what it records, runs research jobs and searches the web, and delivers what it finds to the session or a notification. It runs on Cloudflare's network. The open models run on Cloudflare's own hardware; Claude, GPT and Grok run at Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI, reached through Cloudflare's AI Gateway when you choose one of them for an agent. What happens to your data is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Your account
- You must be eighteen or over, and one person uses one account.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. What is done with your account is done by you, unless you have told us it was taken.
- You may close your account at any time; deleting it removes your data as the privacy policy describes and ends any subscription at once.
The plans and payment
- Three plans and top-ups; Personal starts with 7 days free. Personal is A$8 a week, A$29 a month or A$290 a year; Plus is A$19 a week, A$69 a month or A$690 a year; Pro is A$39 a week, A$167 a month or A$1,670 a year. A top-up of 100 credits is A$2.99, 200 credits A$4.99, 500 credits A$9.99, 1,000 credits A$18.99. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST; for a customer outside Australia the merchant of record, Stripe, applies that country's tax at checkout.
- The free week. Personal starts with 7 days free, on its week, month and year, once a person and once a card. Stripe takes your card at the start and charges nothing during the free week; two days before the first charge the app shows you its date and amount, and the first charge is the day the free week ends, at the plan's price, unless you cancel before then in Settings. Plus and Pro are paid from the first day. A card that has had its free week is charged nothing and that subscription ends; every plan is then paid from the first day. Moving up to Plus or Pro during the free week ends it, and the first payment is taken that day. Top-ups are not sold during the free week.
- Stripe sells it to you. Purchases are made through Stripe's Managed Payments. For each purchase Stripe is the merchant of record: the party you buy from, which collects and remits the tax, issues your receipt and invoice by email, and appears on your statement as LINK.COM* followed by our name. Checkout shows the sale as "Sold through Link". Stripe's terms for purchases apply to the payment; these terms apply to the service. We never see your card details.
- Subscriptions renew. A weekly plan renews each week, a monthly plan each month and a yearly plan each year, on the day you started, until you cancel. Stripe emails you before a yearly renewal.
- Cancelling and refunds. Cancel any time from Settings, in one press; Keep undoes it until the date. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then ends; nothing more is charged, and your account and everything in it stay, to read. There are no refunds for a change of mind; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still stand. The unused part of a period is not refunded, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it or Stripe's purchase support grants it (Stripe can refund within sixty days in some cases; ask Link support or us).
- Switching plans takes effect at once. Moving up, you are charged the difference for the rest of the period; moving down, the difference is credited to your next invoice.
- A top-up is a block of credits kept apart from your week: they are spent once your week's allowance runs out, only while you have a plan, and they last three years from the day you buy them. Credits we give you are spent before them. Once used they are not refundable, except as the law requires.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and your plan stays while it does; Settings shows "Payment failed". If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends; your account and everything in it stay, to read. The first payment after the free week is the exception: if it fails, the plan pauses until Stripe collects it, and ends if it cannot.
- Price changes are emailed at least thirty days before the first renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first.
The allowances and the caps
Each plan includes a weekly allowance of credits, a vault of a given size, and a spending cap that keeps one person's use inside the plan's price. Everything your agents do draws on the one allowance: typed messages, research and the rest each use the credits they cost, and use stops counting once it is more than seven days old. They are enforced before every request. When the week's credits run out, the assistant says so and what the way past it is: a top-up, the next plan, or when credits come back. An allowance is not stored value: it is what the plan includes, and it rolls with the week rather than accumulating; credits you buy are kept apart from it, spent once the week runs out.
- Personal: 400 credits a week, a vault of 1 GB and 10,000 files.
- Plus: 1,300 credits a week, a vault of 5 GB and 25,000 files.
- Pro: 3,200 credits a week, a vault of 20 GB and 50,000 files.
Beneath the allowances sit caps on what a single request, session, day and month may cost, and an account-wide daily ceiling that protects everyone on the service from a runaway. If a cap stops you inside your allowance, tell us: it is ours to size. We may change the allowances and caps as the service grows; a change that gives you less is emailed thirty days before it applies to you.
The assistant can be wrong
- It is a language model. It can misread what you said, misremember what it recorded, be mistaken about a fact, and state an invention with confidence. Check anything that matters before you act on it. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a person in an emergency.
- A web search sends the query to Exa (see the privacy policy). The results are treated as untrusted text; a page can say anything, and what a page says is not the assistant's claim or ours.
- Your agents act inside your vault. Beyond it they act only through a plugin you added and let them use, and a call that would act waits for your approval first, unless you chose Always for that tool or marked the plugin read-only when you added it. Nothing reaches your computer without an approval given on that computer. What a plugin's server does with what it is sent is for whoever runs it, under their own terms.
Your content
- What you upload, say and type is yours. You give us the licence we need to store it, index it, show it back to you and run the assistant over it, for the purpose of providing the service to you and for nothing else. We do not train on it.
- When your vault is full, the setting of that name in Settings decides. Make room, which is where it starts, moves the files and documents you have not opened for longest into the Bin until what you are adding fits: never one added in the last seven days, never one you pinned, and never your memory, notes or conversations. The Bin holds up to a fifth of your vault's size. What is in it is hidden from your agents and their searches. For thirty days you can restore it with one tap when your vault has room for it; after thirty days it is deleted for good. Every move, restore and deletion is listed in Activity. Choose Stop and ask instead and nothing is moved: what does not fit is refused, and you decide what to delete; what is already in the Bin then stays until you restore it or delete it.
- You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not using the service for anything unlawful.
- The service, its design and its code are ours or our licensors'. The models are their makers': the open ones hosted by Cloudflare under its terms, and Claude, GPT and Grok served by Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI under theirs.
- We are not a bank, a financial adviser or a party to any transaction, and what an agent says about your money is information, not advice.
Fair use
Do not share an account, run more than one to take the free week again, work around the caps, scrape or resell the service, probe or attack it, or use it to harm or harass anyone. We may suspend or end an account that does, telling you why where we can. If we end an account for no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of its period.
Acceptable use of the models
Each model is its maker's, and its maker's policy on what it may be used for is part of these terms. You agree not to use a model here in any way its maker's policy forbids, and we may suspend or end an account that does, as the section on fair use says.
- Meta's Llama. Meta's acceptable use policy for each version: Llama 4, Llama 3.2 and Llama 3.1.
- Google's Gemma, which Gemma SEA-LION is built on. Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use, and Gemma and the models built on it are subject to the use restrictions in their section 3.2, which include Google's Gemma prohibited use policy.
- OpenAI's GPT. OpenAI's usage policies.
- Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic's usage policy.
- xAI's Grok. xAI's acceptable use policy.
Availability, liability, ending
- We aim to keep the service up and will tell you about planned interruptions, but it is a small service without a guaranteed uptime. Features may change or be retired with notice.
- The Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that the service is provided with due care and skill and is fit for its purpose. To the extent the law permits, our liability for a failure of the service is limited to supplying it again or refunding the period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- We may end the service, or your account without cause, on thirty days' notice by email, refunding the unused part of any period. Your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes, after you have had thirty days to export it.
Changes to these terms, and the law that applies
When these terms change, the new version is published here with its date, and a change that matters to you is emailed at least fourteen days before it applies; using the service after that date accepts it. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and its courts, without taking away any protection the law of your own place gives you.
